I just talked to a very reliable source that is close to the current owners with news that the park is up for sale. The current owners are land developers
and tried to get the property rezone for development without success. Good news for the park and the State of Florida.

Good! And it doesn't surprise me they were pushing for redevelopment. Guess the Historic Landmark designation kept them from completely destroying the
park. Too bad Miracle Strip didn't get its HL designation, it would still be around, possibly as Kent Buscher's little project.
