I've actually clocked in at 5 minutes -- out the parking lot and to the Animal Kingdom parking lot. You just take a left at Sherbeth, then a right at the start of the Osceola Parkway (if 192 is too congested, just turn off at Black Lake (which starts at the point where the 7-11 & Chick-fil-a).

As for the condition of the unit you stayed at, each of the 120 units is independently owned. Every management company has different cleaning companies and furniture outfitters.

Maybe I'm lucky. The four units that I've stayed at (including my own, admittedly) have always been clean and stylishly furnished.
